Welcome to Auronix («Platform», «we», «our»). By accessing or using the Auronix platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, checking the «I accept the Terms of Use» box, or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Smart Contract terms where applicable.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for compliance with local laws regarding use of crypto and financial services.

3. Account and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Services Description

Auronix provides staking and trading-related services, including but not limited to: deposit and withdrawal of funds (subject to verification), use of trading bots, staking contracts, and referral programs.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals are processed on a request basis. You must use only supported networks and assets. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits apply. We reserve the right to reject any request and to request additional verification. Fees and processing times may vary by network.

6. Risks

Crypto and staking involve significant risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You may lose part or all of your funds. We do not provide investment advice. You use the Platform at your own risk.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Using the Platform for illegal purposes or in violation of any law.
Providing false information or impersonating others.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or other users’ accounts.
Abusing referral or bonus programs.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology on the Platform are owned by Auronix or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auronix and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or inability to use it.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
